At Effy’s Creations, every order is crafted and packaged with intention, excellence, and joy.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.
Refunds & Returns
Because many of our items are handmade, custom-designed, or produced on demand,
we do not accept general returns for reasons such as changing your mind,
sizing preference, or buyer’s remorse.
We gladly offer support in the following situations:
✔ Wrong Item Received
If the wrong product arrives, we will replace it at no cost to you.
✔ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within
7 days of delivery at
support@effyscreations.store
with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will promptly send a replacement.
✔ Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please reach out to us.
We will help you file a claim with the carrier and work with you toward a solution.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following case:
✔ Size Exchange (Apparel Only)
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time size exchange within
7 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping to us.
- We cover the cost of shipping the new size back to you.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
For hygiene, customization, and production reasons, the following items are
final sale and non-returnable:
- Stickers
- Journals & stationery
- Mystery bundles
- Personalized or custom items
- Seasonal & holiday items
- Digital downloads
- Sale or clearance items
Order Cancellations
Because most orders begin processing within hours, cancellations are only possible if the order has
not yet entered production or shipped.

Shipping Issues & Delays
Effy’s Creations is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Items marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and offer support to help resolve the issue.
