Processing Time
- Non-personalized items: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
- Personalized items: because they are made just for you, please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipping.
- Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. More locations coming soon!
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Free shipping is offered on orders over $50 (before tax).
Order tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package anytime using the link in your email.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or customs (for international orders). If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us if the issue isn't resolved.
