Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing begins the next business day.
Standard Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more. Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping
Need it sooner? Choose Express Shipping at checkout for delivery within 1–2 business days. Please note: Express orders must be placed by 10 a.m. ET to process the same day.
International Shipping
We ship globally! For our international customers, shipping rates will calculate at checkout. Please allow 7–21 business days depending on destination. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply — these are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging & Presentation
Your purchase arrives in a beautifully branded box, tied with ribbon and delightfully prepared with care — just as you would expect from an upscale boutique.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you may follow its journey. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package is damaged in transit or does not arrive, please contact us at support@effyscreations.store within 7 calendar days of delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
