Returns and exchanges (Non Personalized Items)
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our end.
- To request a return or exchange, please contact us at Effyscrafts17@gmail.com with your order number and details.
No Returns or Exchanges on Personalized Items
- Due to the nature of personalized products, all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right. If you go over the 7days it is up to our discretion if we will exchange your item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damage or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at Effyscrafts17@gmail.com within 7days. Be sure to include photos so we can asses and resolve the issue promptly.
