Returns & Exchanges

✨ Refunds & Returns
Because many of our items are handmade, custom-designed, or produced on-demand, we do not accept general returns for reasons such as changing your mind, sizing preference, or buyer’s remorse.
We gladly offer support in the following situations:
✔ Wrong Item Received
If the wrong product arrives, we will replace it at no cost to you.
✔ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@effyscreations.store with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will immediately send a replacement.
✔ Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your item, contact us and we will help file a claim or arrange a solution.
✨ Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
✔ Size Exchange (Apparel Only)
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- We cover the cost of shipping the new size to you

✨ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, customization, and production reasons, the following items are final sale:
- Stickers
- Journals & stationery
- Mystery bundles
- Personalized items
- Custom orders
- Seasonal items
- Digital downloads
- Sale or clearance items
✨ Order Cancellations
Because most orders begin processing within hours, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered production or shipped.

✨ Shipping Issues
Effy’s Creations is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by USPS or UPS
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Items marked as delivered but not received
However — we will assist you in filing a claim and offer support to help resolve the issue.
